Botezatu & Asociatii | The Counsel Dawn Raid App. was developed in order to provide Users with a guide and some useful information on the behavior of target entities and individuals involved in a Dawn Raid. This is intended to be an instrument of compliance designed to walk you through the steps you need to follow in case of a Dawn Raid.
The Dawn Raid Application is comprised of a summary of the necessary information before, during and after a Dawn Raid as well as during an investigation by the Competition Council. It includes key information about your rights and obligations and rules of conduct in order to ensure that you fully cooperate with the Authority, minimizing disturbances in the activity and protecting the company and your legal position. You will find these instructions in the relevant sections of the Application.
If the competition authority visits your headquarters in order to verify that your company complies with the law, always stay calm and seek legal advice from us. By accessing “YourRedButton” function you will be directly in contact with our team that is available 24/7 for immediate legal assistance. We are just one click away.
The Application will not store personal data derived from downloading and using this Application. We will only store personal data necessary for managing your account. TheCounsel will not disclose such information to third parties.
